The e-board members should know all the details of the events. Well the 1 minute speech could be difficult depending on the amount of people that are on the event. Also it was difficult for the raffle, more promotion with the members talking to them face to face about it. Lessons learned: We need to work harder at promoting the website, selling tickets. We did a terrific job at ensuring all attendees signed in and provided their email.
